My cake designs for wedding cakes and specialty cakes are customized to your taste.  Anything from contemporary, to elegant or traditional. If you have ideas, I would love to hear them. Not very creative? No problem. I will design and build your dream wedding or specialty cake that gives you many options from which to choose. My goal is to create a personalized cake that is both beautiful and delicious that will remain a part of your wedding memory that lasts a lifetime.

Types of Cake Icing

Buttercream- This icing type will be creamy and sweet. I only use the finest ingredients. Buttercream is one of the most popular wedding cake choices. It can be made very smooth and tinted to almost any color.
$4.00 per slice.   $ 500.00 minimum for wedding cakes which is easily met with 150 people or more.   Specialty cakes start at          $ 150.00.

Fondant- This icing type is extra smooth, with a matte finish. It is a great option due to it's flexibility. While most prefer the taste of Buttercream, Fondant icing provides almost limitless design capabilities.
$5.50 per slice.

Birthday or Novelty Cakes

Birthday, Anniversary or Specialty Cakes are custom priced, yet affordable, according to the detail involved, etc......

General Wedding Cake Information

If you have a swatch of your material or ribbon, etc, make certain to bring it with you to your design consultation. It will be quite helpful in coordinating your colors as we design your cake.

Gumpaste Flowers and/or Sugar Flowers are available upon request. Each petal is handmade and gives a porcelain finish. These wedding cake flowers are very realistic and can be kept as keepsakes.

Cake Flavors
I am able to provide almost any flavor you desire.  The standard flavors are as follows:

• Yellow
• Chocolate
• Marble
• Lemon
• Strawberry
• Spice
• Red Velvet

There is an additional charge of $ .25 per slice for Italian Creme or Carrot Cake.  If you have a flavor in mind that is not listed, no problem.  The flavors listed above are just the most common requests.

Cake Fillings
There is a $ .25 per slice charge for wedding cake fillings.

• Chocolate Fudge
• Bavarian Creme
• Lemon
